Thanks for the thorough annual termite inspection on 14 Sep 2017. Especially grateful for HPC agent (M. Beck) pointing out to me the stem wall foundation problem that he noticed during crawl space inspection under the house. He advised what might have caused the problem, but I would need an expert to come in and look at it. I was not a termite problem, but I appreciated his letting me know. With his advised I followed up having foundation experts come in and assess the damage and repairs needed. Long short and needless to say I have repair project scheduled most haste. Not only did HPC provide with me with termite/pest protection for my home, they provided expertise in more ways than expected. A five-star rating company. Highly recommended. Well done! Thanks.
