Overall we are happy with the service we received. We saw 2 or 3 small blood spots on the cover you placed on our mattress. My son saw 1 bed bug on his bed. For some reason we have seen 2 roaches inside, we didn't see them before. We realize these things sometimes take more than 1 service to get everything taken care of.
