Our technician was very kind even after I gave him the business and I did apologize about not even getting phone call from the office telling me he was coming. Not the first time this has happened in the 4 almost 5 years with Blue Star. If this is the way you "schedule" appointments, I may have to reconsider who I contract with. Just showing up at someone's house, expecting to be let in is kind of crappy if I do say so. Otherwise, he was very nice and did his job and left.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Appointment scheduling can be a challenge due to our customers busy schedules. Sometimes our customers change phone numbers and forget to notify us or in many cases, we leave messages and never receive a return phone call.
We are under a regulatory obligation to make every effort to inspect every property we have under contract at least once a year. Our policy is to attempt to contact our customers, via email and then place two phone calls out to schedule. If that does not work then we schedule what we call an "OPEN" inspection and send out an inspector to inspect the exterior of the property that is accessible and make contact if someone is home. It appears this is what has happened in your case. We are only trying to insure that you do not have any termite activity in your home. I do apologize that this has frustrated you.
We called and left a message for you to call us to discuss this matter on 11.16.17, the day after you submitted your response and we have not received a call back. Our phones are answered 24/7 by a live person, that way our customers can call us at their convenience and provide us with good contact times and numbers. Maybe we have the incorrect contact number on file.
