Technicians are corteous when I have spoken to them and customer service has also been accommodating however I would like to be informed more and be asked if there are any issues. My main issue is that cinch bugs did massive damage to my lawn and I asked for additional help to mediate but the additional spray that occured was not effective. There are more weeds than with previous lawn care company and generally my lawn looks worse. Also I did not opt into liquid aeration, it was applied without first asking me.
