I would prefer my usual technician. Jayson didn't do anything specifically wrong but it seemed very fast (about 1/2 the time he usually spends making sure he covers all areas)compared to the usual guy that does my house and my neighbors and I also didn't know where he hid the tick bombs/traps so my dog keeps finding them.

Can I have my usual tech back for future treatments?
