We have only had one service call since we signed the contract and so far so good. The only comment/question I have is this. When Rico did the site survey he mentioned our former pest control company fertilized our palm tree incorrectly by placing the fertilizer around the trunk of the tree rather than around the outside perimeter of the tree and that could have been a cause of the adjacent tree dying a few months ago. We noticed that the Hometown technician did the same thing, i.e. placing the fertilizer right next to the trunk. We would like to know the correct method and if it is to not place the fertilize next to the tree that the technician gets notified so as not to do it that way on the next treatment.
