I was really impressed with the service I received from the inspector, Rene Sandoval. Rene was cordial, professional and very thorough with his inspection. I felt he was trustful, knowledgeable and had the best interest of the customer in mind. I was very comfortable with his explanation of the various termite treatment options and pest control options (namely for ants and spiders). I felt I could entrust him and Kilter with my home and allow them to take care of my termite or ant issues.
Luis was the termite technician who arrived within the allotted time frame given for his arrival. He was courteous, professional and attentive to any questions or concerns I needed to address with him. No matter how busy he was, he would stop to give me an explanation if I asked what he was doing or what he was going to do next. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was very thorough with performing the job to the best of his ability. He did not even take a break until he finished what he had to do. He rang the door bell after he was through to inform me that the job was completed and that he was leaving. He was very polite and smiled as he spoke (I could see his smile in his eyes even with his mask on). During this Covid period, it is really special to see someone who takes pride in his work, who works hard, is humble and can still put on a smile.
Humberto was the pest control technician who was also on time and did not mind answering any questions that I had. He represented Kilter well as he too was cordial, professional and thorough with performing his job.
Kudos to Kilter for giving a time frame when the inspector or technicians arrive. Everyone came within the allotted time period.
