Inspect All staff were very friendly and easy to work with on the phone. They were helpful with my questions and home needs. One specific request that I made was that I be home at the time of the inspection so I could hear and see the problem areas that the inspector found and ask questions. He came to the house however, two hours before our appointment time so I was not present for any of the inspection. He called me in the morning to check in with me, but I am a teacher and cannot answer my phone or leave work two hours early. The inspection report was very thorough and well done, however I would have liked the technician to have kept to our agreed upon appointment time.
