I am happy with your service - my only unhappiness is with my side of the process- in our community the lawns are cut by a common crew so weeds and insects travel from one lawn to all the others and vice-versa. In addition, we are snowbirds so TLC is more haphazard when we are not here, although we do have someone check on our house and the irrigation system on a regular basis.

We are also happy with the latest member of your staff, who was here for the first time and took the time to check with us to ensure he had the right instructions from the office, and to see if we had any questions and concerns.
