Michael the technician was very polite and prompt. Although there was a bit of a mix up on his instructions it was all straightened out. We were devastated going through this bed bug experience but we’re completely assured that they would take care of it no matter how many times it takes to treat my home! I did my research and found that they were among the top 10 in this type of issue and that’s why I went with them!!!
