Anthony was terrific. Best service visited we've received from Home Paramount. He was explicitly thorough.
One note, however: when scheduling the visit, we specially arranged with the scheduler to have the serviceman bring a large bait box to replace one that was damaged. Upon arriving, Anthony explained he was substituted earlier in the morning to fill our appointment since the scheduled serviceman couldn't make it. Anthony didn't have a large bait box in his truck to replace the damaged box which he removed.
We request another visit to place an outdoor bait box in the corner next to the chimney.
