My home was suddenly under attack by these horrid little brown bugs!! They were in my refrigerator, covering my walls, everywhere!! My mom and I were in a mild form of hysteria! I had NEVER experienced anything like it. Elizabeth was amazing on my first call. She totally felt my angst and assured me they could help. I wasn't able to get an appt. until the next day at 11:00AM. "Kris" got here right at 11:00 only to find my mom and I now in a full on state of hysteria. He was so empathetic, yet got right down to business. He explained what we were dealing with and the best course of "retaliation". Circumstances allowed for a one time only right now. But I absolutely plan to set up an ongoing plan with them. Both Kris and Elizabeth treated us as if the problem was in their own home. Total calm, professional and kind.
