I scheduled the call for between 4-6 because I get home from work at 4. I got home yesterday at 4:02, and a note was left in our mailbox that Christopher had missed us. I was very frustrated as we needed the service done inside. What frustrates me the most is that there was no attempt at communication from Christopher about getting to our house early. He clearly showed up earlier than the scheduled time of 4:00 and wanted to get out of there, so he didn't wait for us to arrive. This call frustrates me so much that I am looking into other pest control options outside of Home Paramount despite the fact that we have used your company for 2 years. I would love to talk to somebody and hear about how you will make this right.
