This was my first experience with Rose Pest Solutions. I was unhappy with Orkin and their service and decided to try a local service. From my first phone call I felt at ease with the company. I felt that my concerns were understood and taken seriously. The process was thoroughly explained and service was scheduled. The tech, Byron, was courteous and careful to explain everything to me. After treatment, he went over everything he had done and all the products he had used. I felt much better about how Rose Pest handled our pest issue compared to Orkin. Also, all customer service personnel are helpful and courteous on the phone.
