Hello I am a new customer and this is my second service. My first service was by Kyle and I called in to cancel and was told Olivia is going to be our new gal. I decided to stay and she how she worked out. She came today and was absolutely amazing. I feel she listen to my concerns and needs. She did what I wanted and then some. Very impressed with her :) I am rating her and since I'm new I will rate the other questions as no option since we only have had two services. Thanks.
