Actually, I'm glad I received an email to ask about your service because I did want to let you know that I was disappointed this time. It notes that he went around the house knocking down spider webs but so many were missed! I understand it is impossible to get all of them but when they are at eye level on the front porch, a very obvious spot, that's frustrating. It was a new technician so maybe that was the difference. Hopefully it will be better next time.
