AJ was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgable in regards to our weed problem. Did a great job. Also Jennifer who helped on Mon afternoon to reschedule for Tues. Long story, the original appt had been set for Mon Afternoon, but was rescheduled by a supervisor who didn't bother to notify me of the time change or anyone else!. Had a block of time from 1-4 for the appt. Called the office at 2:30, talked to Jennifer who handled the situation beautifully. AJ called back later Monday afternoon and scheduled the retreat for Tues at 1:00 and he was here early!! Customer service was excellent. We've used McCalls since Feb or March of 2015. Didn't want to change and now we won't.
