You need to cut your service window of time down to no more than 2 hrs. Some company’s allow for tracking apps, so that a waiting customer can actually see we’re their technician is, and how much like longer they have to wait. A four hour window (8:00-12:00) is far too long to wait.
TIME is a premium commodity.
