I asked to reschedule the appt due to the rain today. I was rescheduled. Yet Jesse came anyway, performed the service (I don’t know, I wasn’t home) andleft a bill for $113. His receipt even STATES I had called to reschedule yet he ignores his own comment section. Then, to make matters more disappointing. He wrote “Nice to see you today”. Really? I wasn’t home at 12:48 when he arrived. Not when he left 20 minutes later. So why lie?

I am not paying this bill. I called this morning and was told “oh, just call us back again and we will come out if it rains”. Really?? I’d already called earlier this week, to reschedule to 1/20/20. WHY am I now responsible for calling in the same request again?

I’ve been a regular customer for 20 years. I am not being treated fairly by your customer service rep or honestly by Jesse. If you want to keep my business, you’ll actually talk to Jesse, and make this right. The customer service rep didn’t even care that he lied or ignored my request to reschedule.

You’ve done better than this. I’m really disappointed. You’re not the only service in town. If you don’t correct the problem, I’ll find a better service.
