To my knowledge, the job is not yet complete.
I was informed at time of sale "he" would inspect the completed work to ensure it met his standards. To my knowledge, this has not yet occurred.
It looks like the barrier is a little short on the wall at front of house. I did see one hole/tear. I have not inspected the entire installation.
How often will Terminix inspect the barrier and warrantee overview and details? For example, will you send me a roll of tape to fix minor tears or do I contact Terminix?
Was the perimeter of the barrier to be sealed/taped to the crawl space walls? It is not. it seems the barrier will just redirect and concentrate the moisture vapor to the perimeter.
Perhaps Terminix is planning to return to finish the perimeter taping and extend the edges where needed?
Did the spare vinyl siding get covered up or accidentally discarded?
I am impressed with the installation crew. I am impressed that they maintained a cheerful attitude even after working in such miserable crawl space conditions. Great job cleaning up.
