Communication was very good, each person I had contact with was friendly, on time and explained exactly what was going on with my termite issue. I was prepared for this to be a larger problem and was pleasantly surprised by their honesty in letting me know my termite issue was very localized and easily treated. I would definitely recommend Sentry to my family and friends, and should I be in need of pest control in the future - I'll be calling John at Sentry.
