We have contracts with F & W for three different properties. Quality of communication is plummeting! We do not receive an e-mail or call prior to service visits. We have repeatedly asked for prior notification. Our tenants don't receive notification either. No wonder nobody is home when the technician arrives. Check the most recent report for Boutwell Street property. We have never had termite problems there and do not have the program for termites at any property other than Dover. In spite of that fact our most recent report (4/4/17) claims "Examined and replaced termite monitors around the foundation. No activity at this time." Is this an outright lie? Communication and competence should be an expectation with the prices we pay. We think that one e-mail sent to us and the tenants prior to any scheduled visit is not unreasonable to expect. F & W should clean up its act if the owner wants to keep its customers.
