Dominic is the service technician who has taken care of my house for the last two service visits. After this last visit, I noticed a problem within a week and called the office for help. Mike was sent to rectify the problem. He was very thorough, and did not make me feel badly for calling so soon after the original service call.
It is important to me to be able to have the service visits performed without losing time from work, because it is a factor as to whether I can keep the company or not. This has been improved upon, for which I am grateful.
