I made a mistake last month when instead of just renewing my annual warrant for mice, I ended up getting the monthly fee for insects as well. I don't need that. That billing must end. I called the other day and was told to expect a callback but nothing yet. Please call me back so I don't have to deactivate the credit card. I just want to renew the annual warranty. Nothing more.
