Not good. 1) I had a hard time receiving a Bed Bug Agreement 2) Tech arrived to treat the unit, left nothing in the residence unit to notify them the treatment was completed. 3) Property Manager was not provided documentation to state the treatment was completed 4) I spoke with the office to schedule the follow up treatment. I was supposed to receive a call back. It's 2:20 pm that call was @ 9am.
