My husband was outside and did not tell me until after tech left that he did not do the outside or check any of the bait traps outside. Also, he didn't complete full perimeter of interior. For example, front entryway along outside wall was not sprayed. I didn't really check the upstairs. On another note, our window was 10-12. We have had them show up and ring the bell at 8 or 8:30 before so specifically asked for it not to be earlier. He showed up at 9 am. My husband was up and out, but I was still in my pjs eating breakfast (only day can sleep in)
