To be clear, the team that came to my house worked hard for the entire day (until just before nightfall). They were polite and diligent. Unfortunately, it appears as if there was a disconnect between the services promised and those rendered. The team was unaware that we had two separate attic spaces. We were told that all entry ways would be sealed (roof, crawl space, etc.) - they weren't. We were told traps would be set in the attic - they weren't. We were told all insulation would be removed - it wasn't. We called to let Kilter know these things weren't done. The team came back out and sealed a few more entry ways (but not all) and set traps in the attic. We had Bill Sanford come out and look at our concerns especially since we have heard rats in our attic after the cleaning. We went with Kilter for cost and dependability as we have used your services before. We are confident that Kilter will complete the job that was promised.
