I’ve repeatedly asked to get notification prior to the scheduled visit - either by text, email or call - and it never happens. The result is no one is there to let the service provider into the unit to treat the interior. Can this please be fixed?

Other than this problem, I’m very satisfied with the service and the gentleman that typically comes to our house is wonderfully thorough and kind.
