Edgar was prompt and called 25 minutes before to tell me that he was coming. He explained everything and all procedures clearly. He baited all areas where there was a trail of ants and explained what was happening. He sprayed the perimeter of the house. He gave me a report and took the time to explain it. He said to give about 3 or 4 days to see a decrease in ants and if not, to give a call to the office. He was very informative and answered all of my questions.
