We have had no insect problems since we started service with them last year. Yes, we get about 8 - 10 bugs a year in the house, but I would think that is to be expected. And of those, most of them are dead. No termite issues and with them checking the crawlspace and dehumidifier as a part of the service, I consider that an extra.
