Excellent customer service! The technician was prompt, informative and very professional in carrying out the service. Due to our own scheduling conflicts, we had to reschedule the service several times. Each time, the office staff was very accommodating and understanding of the situation and did a great job at securing alternate dates that were of convenience to us.
