Not my problem that you had my home sq.ft wrong for 7 years. Nobody ever asked us what the sq.ft was...You failed to notify me upfront that you did and only on this review did you come correct. Not a smart business decision and one that most people should be made aware of. This is an office oversight issue and not a technician issue.
