I am so surprised I was asked to review your company. After calling directly to set up an estimate and property walk, the exterminator told me the office would call to set up the next appointment. Guess what? The office never called. Plus, the exterminator didn't even walk the entire suite I was having roach issues. He made a several minute assessment and left. Absolutely disappointed! I plan to share my experience with my shopping center neighbors who use your service - hoping I can persuade them to change their service. If they've received anything near the service I received, that won't be hard.
