We have been using Bug authority for almost one year now. We have our exterior and yard sprayed monthly and bug authority have been great to deal with. Julie is lovely and communicates well before she arrives and listens to any issues we are facing regarding pests offering solutions to solving the problem. She is also aware of our needs and helped inform me during my initial stress of using chemicals with a puppy and two young children.
