I had scheduled an appointment for the tech to get into all of the offices and made arrangements to have my maintenance man on sure fir the appointment which was scheduled for 9 -10 am today. They had not shown by 20 am so my man had to go to other jobs. I saw by the ticket that he showed up at 2:11. I am very annoyed that I have to pay my maintenance man for 2 hours that were not used as they should have been and I only got exterior treatment.
