Salesperson John, made promises of how the lawn will come around after a few months by changing the Ph of the soil. Tech that came out and applied the chemicals walked the lawn with my wife and explained how there was no saving the lawn really. If he put down weed killer we would lose most of the lawn. He said he could apply nitrogen and we could have green weeds. The only real way to do anything would be to sod. John said he could get rid of dollar weeds, tech, said they are there to stay. I called John and he said he would call back, he never did.
My wife said the tech was very friendly and took the time to walk through the whole yard on what we have, what is available to him to apply and why it wouldn't work. I'm tending to believe the tech, because a few years ago we had another service out and they told us straight up that they could put chemicals down, but it won't bring grass back especially since our neighbors don't do anything to their lawns and are all weeds and bare spots.
