Up until this last application to get rid of drain flies and Large Brown Roaches, I would have rate you five stars. I asked about putting a solution in the drains so they would be killed where they are hibernating while it is cold. Although there was no live flies, I told the technician that just as soon as the weather gets warm they do return. I was expecting him to put a killer solution in all the drains for the flies, put a killer solution around the base boards for the big roaches and other creeping critters. Non of this was done. The only thing that was done: he used an aerosol spray sparingly around the windows (about two shots each), and a small fly trap on top of the cabinet with a little bit of liquid in it. I don't know what was done outside of the house but, he was gone after about 15 minutes. I am not blaming the technician, he was very nice. I feel that this is Terminix's common practice to keep the customer calling back for more service. This is not fair to the customer and $275 is a lot of money for me at 82 years of age. I returned Ryan's Phone call around 11:00 am today and left a message.
