On the phone, they were friendly and helpful, and able to come quickly. So far, I have only seen one flea post application. Our technician was friendly and professional. I had hoped to have a bit more explanation from the technician at the house before she started. We had never had an exterminator before and would have liked more interaction about the process on site. We did have some reactions to the chemicals for a couple of days and were not expecting this.
