I was very happy with my technician and the office. The office worked around my schedule to fit me into the schedule and my technician Jacob Wheeler was very professional and caring of my concerns. I had issues with mice and he worked very hard to place traps where he believed would be the best spot and within one day four were caught. He said he will be back and I was very happy with Hoffman's. Thank you for helping me with this problem.
