Since we have transitioned over from the previous company, we have not had a schedule or visit correct until recently which is only due to your service tech, Giovanni. You were scheduled to come to my house and I took the morning off work to do so. No one called and no one showed. When I called the office, no one apologized for the inconvenience. You scheduled me for another visit in which the gentleman came out and treated. Then, the following month, I was left a note on the door saying sorry we missed you. At this time, I asked customer service what happened as I was never called. I was informed I was on automatic scheduling and if the voicemail picks up it just assumes it is a yes and schedules the service. I immediately asked to take me off automatic scheduling and place me on manually. The customer service person really was not the smartest in the bunch because she couldnt understand why I wanted to be removed from automatic scheduling. I asked her to please schedule my next visit for July instead of June because the gentleman was just here in May and we are an every other month customer. She couldn't understand this and stated, "well, I'll just put that you refused this months service. " Its now July and I come home again to a note on my front door saying sorry we have missed you from your company. Once again, I dont understand why this is happening and being scheduled without a phone call. I call customer service but no one answer. I then call my service tech, Giovanni (ray of sunshine and has a brain) and apologize to him for wasting his time when I never got a call. He reports he is going to tell his immediate manager and get me on manual call scheduling and let him know the trouble I'm having. We then scheduled ourselves for the following week. The visit went terrific and all was completed. If it hadn't been for Giovanni, I seriously would have gone with a different company.
