James Harris, what can I say about this HVAC Technician. This guy was a professional from the introduction through the repair and paperwork. James, was understanding in reference to high August Electric Bill, took the time to look at both units in the home and found that my emergency heating strips were staying on in both units and found that another company had put Stop Leak in of our units, instead of fixing the problem. I have had my units looked at for the past two years, and only got the quick fixes. James, went above and beyond to troubleshoot and recommend the proper repairs so myself and my family does not see the high electric bills around this time every year. Thanks Again, James.
