They did not show up on time. They promised to show up between 3 and 5 and did not arrive until after 6:00. This made me miss the appointment as I had to attend to previously scheduled plans.

There is no excuse for being late and not calling ahead, and I sincerely apologize that this happened. I understand that we are scheduled back out for your initial service and I have credited half of the price back for your time spent the other day.
