Bill's did our pre-purchase home and termite inspections and did an excellent job with both. They scheduled quickly and arrived on time for both inspections. Each inspection was done thoroughly despite the heat. The after inspection explanations were complete and understandable. After purchase they returned to spray for termites. Each followup visit was promptly scheduled and the tech arrived on time. We have renewed each year since without hesitation.
