Put in a service request 5/22 through American Home Shield, our HOW company. Did not get service until 5/28 and was told a part needed to be ordered. It is now 6/7 and have not heard anything further from your company or AHS. AHS shows service request closed, which is erroneous. Have contacted AHS again. Going 2 plus weeks without A/C in a Virginia summer is no fun. I have to be fair and mention that your technician Rick was very nice, knowledgeable,and thorough.
