We appreciated very much the immediate response to our need to have our air conditioning unit checked out. But, we were a little concerned when after servicing the unit, the representative was going to get an estimate to repair or replace our unit. We normally will get a second opinion on what could be a quite expensive issue. When we did the other company checked the unit and repaired it on the spot.
