We had someone from Bugout Termite come out the first time and spray our home for ants--the gentleman went around the entire house and sprayed inside, outside, upstairs and downstairs. About two weeks later we noticed a the ants had returned and worse then before. I called Bugout and explained the problem and they said no problem they would come back out for an additional $55 dollars to put down a second treatment. I had asked why I was responsible for paying even more money when other companies that I had dealt with had a 30 day guarantee and was told that it was a discounted price. So total I ended up spending over $230 dollars for this service. When the second gentleman came out my husband went around with him and had him spray and place gel places to ensure we would not have this problem again two weeks down the road because the price would increase again. We have had other companies come out and spray and never have we had to do two different applications much less pay additional money within 30 days. The staff was friendly but because of the pricing structure I will not be a returning customer.
