I am totally unhappy with Universal Pest. The technician submitted a totally false inspection report claiming she was at our residence for half an hour working and that we were unavailable to sign the report when she finished. We were home the entire time she claimed to be here. There were no knocks on the door and we certainly would have seen any one outside doing work in the area of our deck through our French doors. This report is an out right lie of completing work, which has already been charged through our credit card. I give Universal Pest a ZERO STARS.
