We suddenly had a rat in our garage, out of nowhere. My wife contacted a friend who recommended Lloyds Pest Control. We were not disappointed. From the initial phone call to make an appointment to Mike, the Service Tech Supervisor, we were treated with caring concern. Mike came out, did a thorough inspection and recommended a course of action. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt and courteous. A day later, the rat who was wreaking havoc in our garage was no more. Lloyds Pest Control came out promptly to dispose of the carcas, so we didn’t have to deal with that. They also left the traps and scheduled 2 followup visits over the next few days to make sure the problem is 100% solved. Mike also did an external inspection around our house for spiders and ants and treated that as well. Forgot to mention that Mike also used mesh and steel wool to seal off some potential entry and hiding spots.
