Normally I have great service it's been twice now that my Saturday appointment has not arrived. This is of course frustrating as we have to wait for multiple hours thinking they are on their way and they don't show. If it's too late on a Saturday you can't contact the office to find out what is happening. I am confused about what I'm paying for because each service the tech does something different. Some spray the eves, some don't.
