This was the first time we used Rigo, after seeing their good reviews we were pretty confident in our choice and they definitely delivered. We had a wasp problem and thought at first we could take care of it ourselves but were glad we called someone out. We called them late afternoon one day and they said they would be there first thing the next morning which was fine. They came right when they said they would be here. They take a look at the situation and walk through the options before jumping into any work. They give you a price after assessing the situation, which in our case was a reasonable price of only $100. They also said if the wasps return within 30 days they will come back and treat the area again for free which gives you peace of mind. We will definitely be calling Rigo again (although when talking about pests, hopefully won't have to ha) and would most definitely recommend them to all friends and family. Thanks Rigo!
